Campaign for Liberty is a political interest group that has it roots beginning in the 2008 presidential campaign. This group was formed nationally, as a group to support Congressman Ron Paul.

The Memphis chapter sprung up as a Tennessee and Shelby County affiliate of the national office. Unfortunately, there have been little coordination between the satellite groups, and the national office in Virginia. That is especially so since Congressman Paul has left politics, and has little if any interest in the Campaign for Liberty structure.

We have kept the name. We continue to push ahead.

This was also the era of the Tea Party movement, where grass-root conservatives were fed-up with too much government control, high taxes, poor monetary policies and basically a loss of freedoms that saw no end of being abated.
